General Information
The Myeerah Nature Preserve is 450 acres and is maintained by the Bellefontaine Joint Recreation District. Myeerah is open from dawn to dusk for patrons to explore.  This area offers opportunities for hiking, fishing, and other outdoor recreation opportunities. You can also take advantage of hosting your event or wedding using one of the many shelter houses or lodges located within the Myeerah Nature Preserve as well.

Fishing Permits
Fishing Permits are available from the Bellefontaine Joint Recreation District Office at 135 N. Detroit St. in Bellefontaine. 

Family permits are $75.00 for the year.
Individual permits are $50.00 for the year. 
Day passes are also available $10.00 for a Family and $5.00 for an individual.
