2025 Registration Eligibility: Participants must be entering Grades K-6 for the 2025-2026 School Year to participate in Cheerleading & Football.

Tackle Football (Tryout Required)
- Participants will be split into two grade divisions. 3rd & 4th into JV, 5th & 6th into Varsity.
- Tryouts for Tackle Football will occur on July 18th and July 19th at the Pine Ave Football Fields from 6pm to 7:30 pm . More information on tryout times for each division will be communicated with parents closer to the registration deadline.
- Practices/Conditioning will begin on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at Pine Ave. fields after tryouts.
- Teams will play in the Little Mad River Valley League, games on Sunday afternoons.

*Anyone who tryouts for Tackle Football and does not make the team will automatically be transferred to Flag Football League and refunded the cost difference in registration fees.*

Registration deadline for Tackle Football is July 7th, 2025.

Flag Football
- Flag Football is open to both boys and girls entering Kindergarten - 4th grade for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Flag players will be broken into three division based on grade. Pee Wee Division (K-2), JV Division (3-4).
- Practices held on Mondays & Wednesdays at BHS Practice field at Blue Jacket Park beginning in first week in August.
- Teams will play 5v5, games on Saturday afternoons.
- If you would like to petition to move your child up a division, please email Danny LeComte at dlecomte@ci.belllefontaine.oh.us to fill out a petition form.

Registration deadline for Flag Football is July 27, 2025.

Youth Football Cheerleading
- All participants will be a part of the regular season football cheer team.
- Practices will begin on Mondays & Wednesdays at Pine Ave. fields (south) beginning in early August.

Football Cheerleading
- More information on practice dates, parent meeting, and game & competition schedules will follow closer to the registration deadline.
- Participants will be split into two grade divisions. 3rd & 4th into JV, 5th & 6th into Varsity.

Registration deadline for Football Cheerleading is July 7, 2025.

Competition Cheer (Tryout Required)
- Any child who would like to tryout for the Competition Cheer team is asked to register for Competition Cheer. You do NOT have to register your child for both Football Cheer and Competition Cheer.
- Tryouts are TBD

Registration deadline for Competition Cheerleading is July 7, 2025.
